Jimmy Vaughan a sorti l'année dernière un excellent album roots intitulé "On The Jimmy Reed Highway " superbe hommage à Jimmy Reed en duo avec un autre artiste trop souvent méconnu mais néanmoins excellent j'ai nommé Omar Kent Dykes !
Ce dernier est un "vieux" routier de la scène Blues Rock de Austin au Texas ou il sévissait avec son groupe sous le nom de "Omar and the Howlers" depuis 1980.
Depuis son premier album "Big Leg Beat " 1980 il sortira 18 albums dont l'excellent "Big Town Playboy" (2009) sous le nom de Omar Kent Dykes.
